More Snow

Good thing I moved some of the day lilies to the back yard yesterday because we got several inches of snow. Enough to make a winter wonderland but not so much as to break branches, so I'm leaving it on to keep the buds warm. Lilacs are budding.
But looking ahead, I re-discovered Plants of the Southwest and will be ordering some flower seeds to fill up the patch by the front fence: some Showy Milkweed, some NM Sunflower, some Gailliardia aristata, and some Black Eyed Susan.
