Oh dear, oh dear, oh dear! It's Spring tonight but there will be less than 12 hours of dark!

Larry from Earthsky.org says: "If you use the Naval Observatory website or some other reference, you will find that basically no matter where you live, the date that had the nearest to exactly 12 hours of daylight and 12 hours of dark was several days ago."
